• Rating Good food at a reasonable price but poor service (Rating 4.0/5)

  The food and the 5pm menu was great. We were there as a large group so it was value for money for all of us. I have been to the restaurant before hence why we chose to dine there. On this occasion the service wasn't great. When we asked for things they took ages to come, for example: I asked for balsamic vinegar to have with my starter and it came when the plates were being cleared. One of the waiters interrupted us by waving his hand in front of my friends face to explain to her about her meal since she was eating from a different menu which I found rather rude. We waited 15 minutes for the bill to then be told by the waiter that the next party was waiting on our table and if we could leave as soon as possible. When we explained that we asked for the bill he apologised but then took another 10 minutes to bring it to us. The restaurant was busy as it always is but the staff seemed inexperienced and flustered. Food was amazing but in future I would expect a higher level of service especially with a large group spending a large sum of money.
