Rating Good food; but a little inflexible (Rating 3.6/5)

Gamba is one of Glasgow's top restaurants. The food is good, the ambience is welcoming...but they couls be a little more flexible. When we asked if the seabass could be served with something else from the menu other than ceasar salad, we were told "no". No flexibility...not even a bit of potato, or some veg? What would have been the problem. However, the guy who actually served the food wwas great, giving us some extra tablet with the coffee when we joked about having a sweet tooth.
