  Hidden gem!

  Found this little place 3 minutes from our hotel. Great offer so thought we’d give it a go. When we arrived the place was empty so didn’t hold out much hope. But we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was immaculate! Our server made us delicious cocktails to start with and served us throughout. Lovely chatty guy who couldn’t do any more for us. The food was to die for! Mac and cheese had the intimate cheese pull, servings were so generous too. The price of this deal was amazing for the amount of food you get. Will absolutely be back!

Bath Street Palomino (or B.S.P to its friends) quickly established itself on the Glasgow city centre drinking and dining scene since its opening in 2009. The venue’s contemporary look and comfortable lounge booths invites visitors to relax and unwind, whether they are enjoying a cocktail from the bar’s extensive list or indulging in some comfort food on B.S.P’s menu.

Fresh food & locally sourced produce

B.S.P’s menu makes the best of the quality local produce they source, and could be mistaken for that of a New York diner with its range of pizzas, burgers, steaks and seafood on offer. The restaurant also has an interesting choice of Mac and Cheese dishes, which are served in cast iron pans straight from the oven, and Sliders – mini burgers made from ingredients such as home smoked pulled pork or beef brisket.

There is payable parking available at Elmbank Street car park, which is a 5 minute walk from Bath Street Palomino. B.S.P is located just along from the Kings Theatre, and is a short distance from Charing Cross train station and taxi ranks. Queen Street and Central train stations are a brisk 10 minute walk from the restaurant.
