  It took 25 minutes to get our starter on the table - both dishes did not require any cooking time whatsoever. Booked at 6.30 as we were going to the cinema at 8 and given that the starter was late (it even took them 15 mins to ask us what we wanted) we couldn't stay for dessert. Staff were unaware we had booked a table - despite booking over an hour and a half in advance and we were mostly ignored, although one guy apologised for the starters taking so long.
