  When you don't go out that often the temptation is to always look for somewhere new. I'm glad that last night we broke with that tradition and revisited Antipasti on Sauchiehall Street. There was a nice buzz about the pace with a mixed bag of locals benefitting from the online offers to be had on 5pm. The staff were a friendly bunch and spent any spare moment chatting to the diners and not amongst themselves. Service was excellent with the delicious starters turning up 5 minutes after our drinks. Our generous and tasty mains followed a few minutes after the starter plates had been cleared with all the dishes being finished to within an inch if their lives! I declined a dessert but still managed a few sly spoonfuls of the magnificent sticky toffee pudding to accompany the excellent coffee. How often does that let a place down? But not here, it was a tasty brew in a large cup and piping hot. All in all, an excellent nights dining and we'll be rushing back soon. Highly recommended!
