Hotel du Vin Edinburgh Review

    Had a very enjoyable evening eating at the Bistro. As others have said - remember to order side veg with main course(although somewhat limited choice). The service staff were all excellent and knowledgeable; well-trained without making the place too formal. Lovely ambience and setting.
