  We booked this restaurant as we were going to see Mary Poppins at The Festival Theatre so it was an ideal location. On arrival it was very busy, and although we had booked it was a 5-10 minute wait for out table and we were seated directly as you came in the door which wasn't an issue for us. It was around another 10 minutes for a drink order to be taken and same again for our food order. Our drinks still had not arrived when the food order was taken, at this point we had been in the restaurant for half an hour. The wait for our main courses was slightly longer than we would have liked but at this point we expected that. We had our eye on dessert as they looked and sounded amazing however all we had time for after main course was to go to the desk to pay (our plates hadn't been cleared and we had been sitting waiting in the hope of ordering dessert). All in all quite a disappointing experience. We understand that it was busy because of the show but if you cannot cope with the numbers, don't take the bookings.
