Terrace Restaurant - Crowne Plaza Review

    Booked for pre-theatre menu as good offer(3 courses for £15.95)we arrived 10 mins later than our 6pm booking but still well before the 6:30 cut off for the offer. However, they tried to charge us full menu price(which was almost 100% more!)saying we arrived late. After pointing out that we weren't and the long delay in bringing our starters out wasn't down to us, they changed it. Apart from this "mix up" food was pretty decent and we enjoyed all three courses, specially on the offer price it is well worth it. The service could definitely improve, specially the time taken to bring food out. Will go back just for the food though.
