As you will see from my booking I arranged a 10am apt. Imagine my surprise when turning up to find out that for some reason it was booked for 1pm and not the agreed 10am. Also Pure Spa looking for voucher code pin to which I have never received. While searching through my booking on my account page there is no sign of a booking code/pin. I was left very embarrassed as they demanded the pin before i could leave. I was later allowed to leave after being left embarrassed.
