  The spa was most enjoyable, but the food was very disappointing. My friend and I both had the chicken supreme, but it was so dry we could not cut through it. When we left we had to go for something to eat. When I was paying the extra for our mud experience I mentioned to the girl who was taking the money about the chicken being so dry we could not eat it, she just answered that was a shame.

  Rhassoul spa day was amazing. Very relaxing ambience the minute you enter. Staff very professional and add to the ethos of de-stressing and nothing too much trouble.

• Sad it’s not as good any more (Rating 4.4/5)

  Some of the best spa features were not functioning - e.g. the floor jets in the pool. The horizontal fountains were less than powerful - that’s two of the best features either non existent or just not good enough to be therapeutic. The service was excellent, through and through. What wonderful staff - such a lovely experience. Thank you.

  We had a great relaxing day at the Blythswood Spa. Our only complaint we had was the main Pool and Hydro Pool were closed the day we went but the girls at reception explained the problem and gave us a voucher each to go back another day to enjoy the Spa experience. It was a birthday present for my husband and he loved the 2 treatments we had then we had a choice of afternoon tea or lunch, we picked lunch and the girls gave us a glass of prosecco each.
