- Ran by a mother and daughter team, The Plough Hotel is a quaint family and dog friendly country hotel in Town Yetholm, near Kelso.
- The hotel boasts five tastefully decorated bedrooms, they are sophisticated and airy where you can enjoy all the usual amenities and a good nights sleep.
One or two night getaway
- This Big Deal is for two people to stay for one or two nights, the offer includes breakfast each morning as well as a two course dinner on the first evening.
- The menu is subject to change but starters might include choices such as panko breaded halloumi fries served on a bed of baby leaf salad with a sweet chilli dip.
- Main courses might feature Fresh Eyemouth haddock served with full salad, petit pots and hand cut chips or the chef’s special curry of the day with basmati rice, naan bread and poppadom.

- ‘A wonderful little place with wonderful people. The bedrooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated. The food was very well prepared and well presented. The staff were amazing – Jane and Sandi should be on the telly, they were so entertaining. The local people who use the hotel as their pub were friendly and made us feel like their friends. We were travelling with a dog and the dog was made very welcome as well. All in all a wonderful experience. We would recommend this hotel without reservation!’
