- One voucher per one or two people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Vouchers valid for spa days from 15th July 2026 – 31st Oct 2026.
- We recommend arriving 30 minutes in advance of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a loss of treatment time; in some instances we may not be able to carry out your treatment.
- Some treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions. A doctor's note may be required in some instances. Any medical information should be shared with the therapist before treatment.
- Spa access is limited to 4 hours.
- The relaxation room is adults only and is an area of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect other spa guests' right to privacy and serenity.
- Treatments for Saturdays at Westerwood will be allocated up until 11am – treatments are not available from midday.

- We are a private Health Club facility. Towels or belongings left unattended for over 30 minutes will be removed. Poolside loungers cannot be reserved.
- Customers must bring footwear.
