I enjoyed my 1-night stay at Mercure Blackburn. Staff were friendly and professional to everyone. Special mention to Priya at the reception desk for his hospitality. Rooms were clean and spacious. The gym was well-equipped with free weights, mats, and machines for different types of training (e.g., strength, cardio, core, etc.). I feel the hotel can improve guests' gym experience by installing additional wall mirrors in the weight training areas. That way guests can inspect their form in the mirror when performing strength training exercises.

Great place very well located for touring motorways good food super beds Jack at the bar was his usual self great service and helpful. A credit to the company.My husband has trouble with baths so great to be given an acceptable room .reception very helpful

Absolutely Beautiful room Spotless Staff brilliant (reception and restaurant ) Spa pool and gym was perfect Breakfast was great I couldn’t fault anything to be honest Definitely going visit this hotel again The hotel looks just as good on the outside as it does on the inside
