Your destination is allocated via a randomised draw and depends on availability for your chosen travel dates. You’ll be assigned a destination from one of three tiers - from dreamy long-haul escapes to iconic city breaks.

How do I book The Big Win Mystery Holiday™?

This deal is based on two people sharing - customers must purchase two vouchers to qualify.

• Step 1: Purchase your vouchers and select your preferred travel period (you must be able to travel any time within your selected window)
• Step 2: Receive your voucher codes and redemption link
• Step 3: Redeem your vouchers before the expiry date and enter passenger details exactly as shown on passports
• Step 4: Choose your airport region (a £40pp supplement applies for non-London departures, payable to the Holiday Provider)
• Step 5: Select your preferred travel date from the calendar shown during redemption
• Step 6: Your destination will be revealed after you submit your details
• Step 7: After reveal, you may be able to choose an alternative destination for £20pp (subject to availability)
• Step 8: Then it’s bonus time: spin the wheel to win an extra prize - everyone receives one additional prize per eligible order
• Step 9: The Holiday Provider will contact you to confirm flights and accommodation - you’ll have 24 hours to confirm when contacted
• Step 10: Once final details are agreed, you’ll receive the final confirmation email and have 30 minutes to lock in your booking
• Step 11: You’ll receive your Booking Confirmation from the Holiday Provider, including flight and hotel details and any agreed extras

How the Holiday Draw Works

Every eligible order placed online or via the app is randomly assigned to one of three tiers:

• Tier 1: 6 holiday packages
• Tier 2: 12 holiday packages
• Tier 3: 1,982 holiday packages

That’s 2,000 holiday packages in total - enough for 4,000 travellers (each holiday is for 2 people) - all awarded via a randomised draw.

Our Guarantee

While we can’t reveal where you’re heading right now, we can guarantee a minimum four-night break with a minimum 3* hotel stay and return flights in at least two desirable destinations.

• All short-haul flights depart direct from the UK
• Long-haul flights may include stopovers
• Basic hand luggage is included (check airline limits)
• Transfers, meals, insurance, extras and checked baggage are not included unless stated otherwise
