How Do I Book a Mystery Holiday™?
Every customer will receive one holiday from the list outlined
here.
- Purchase your Mystery Holiday™ for you and your travel companion.
- You will then receive your voucher codes and a link for redemption.
- Redeem your voucher as soon as possible using the link provided.
- Select your preferred travel dates and airport departure region.
- Complete the information required for your holiday booking.
- Your holiday destination will then be revealed.

Upon redemption, you will receive a confirmation email from the Holiday Provider, securing your destination and travel dates for 24 hours.
Availability cannot be guaranteed after this period.

The merchant will contact you via text message, telephone or email to arrange your flights from your chosen airport region and confirm your accommodation.

Once agreed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with 30 minutes to lock in all your flight and accommodation details.
- Then? Your holiday is booked and ready for you!
How the Holiday Draw Works
Every eligible order placed online or via the app is randomly assigned to one of three tiers:
- Tier 1: 6 holiday packages
- Tier 2: 12 holiday packages
- Tier 3: 1,982 holiday packages
That’s 2,000 holiday packages in total – enough for 4,000 travellers (since each holiday is for 2 people) – all awarded via a randomised draw.

Destinations are based on your chosen travel dates during redemption. See the full list of destinations

The Holiday Provider manages availability and will randomly assign from the options available on your dates.
You can choose an alternative destination for £20pp (where available).
Availability Changes
If a destination becomes unavailable after redemption, you’ll be contacted promptly and can either:
- Choose an alternative destination, or
- Receive a full refund.
Our Guarantee
While we can’t give away where you’re heading right now, we can guarantee that you’ll be whisked off for a two-night minimum break with a minimum 3* hotel stay
and return flights in one of our desirable destinations.
All short-haul flights depart direct from the UK, getting you to your destination faster and hassle-free!
Enjoy at least 40 hours in resort for 2-night stays from London or Manchester, 36 hours from other UK airports, and 60 hours for all 3-night stays,
maximising your time to relax and explore.

After your destination is disclosed, you may choose other options for a £20 per person fee, subject to availability.
The Holiday Provider will contact you via phone, email, or text, so please check your messages regularly, including spam folders. Flights and hotels are booked together,
and provider terms apply after confirmation.
