- Booking for Two: Mystery Holiday packages are based on double occupancy (two adults sharing). Therefore, two vouchers must be purchased to qualify for the advertised rates.
- What's Included: Each Mystery Holiday includes a two-night stay, return flights, and accommodation rated 3 stars or higher.
- Regional Airport Supplement: Departures from non-Dublin regional airports will incur a supplement of €50 per person.
- Flight Conditions: Flights are available on selected services only. Customers may request changes to flight details, subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
- Destination Allocation: Mystery Holiday destinations are allocated based on the travel dates chosen by the customer during the redemption process.
- Destination Disclosure: The destination will remain undisclosed at the time of purchase. Once revealed and the voucher is redeemed, the booking becomes non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued if a customer is unhappy with the allocated destination.
- Redemption Process: Upon voucher redemption, the Holiday Provider will contact the customer via email to confirm booking details. Customers must respond within 24 hours to secure their allocated destination.
- Travel Advisory Changes: Should travel to the allocated destination become restricted due to updated Foreign Office advice, an alternative destination will be offered.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to this deal.
- Marketing credits cannot be applied to this deal.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for 28 days from purchase date.
