- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th April 2026.
- Blackout Dates: 17th, 18th, 31st Jan & 1st Feb, 2026.
- One voucher per person.
- Must book at least three business days in advance.
- Late or missed appointments can be rescheduled for a £35 per person fee.
- Design Submission: Participants must upload their rug design at least three business days before their workshop. Late submissions will require a £35 rescheduling fee..
- Workshop Duration: 45 minutes If additional time is needed, a flat fee of £15 per hour applies.
- The mini tufting workshop is 2 hours long, a flat fee of £15 per hour applies.
- Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is not permitted during the initial portion of the workshop while machinery is in use.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: Vouchers cannot be canceled, amended, exchanged, or combined with other offers.
- Only ticketed participants may enter—strictly no plus ones.
- A 20-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this, entry will be refused.
- The minimum age for this activity is 10 years old.
