The Fine Print

  • When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 23rd May 2026.
  • One per person.
  • May buy multiples as gifts.
  • Must arrive 15 minutes prior to booking, if you are going to be late, please inform the merchant. Any bookings more than 15 minutes late your booking will be cancelled as a no show.
  • A 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
  • This is a group event, with a maximum of 14 participants.
  • Spectator fees apply for anyone accompanying an experienced participant. £10 per person for a spectator, payable on the day in cash.
  • Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult participant or adult spectator.
  • Please be aware that this experience is weather permitting in case of extreme wind, snow or high temperatures the event may be cancelled and rearranged to suit. If in doubt please contact the merchant directly.
  • Bookings must be made in advance; weekends are very busy and can be booked up 8 weeks in advance. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are valid for redemption for three months from purchase date.
