- Tickets are valid for 13 years old+.
- Tickets for 3-12 year olds must be purchased through the merchant website.
- By purchasing and attending any UK Live event (e.g., Let’s Rock), you agree to the following terms:
- All event terms apply along with any additional information displayed on your ticket or at the event site. UK Live is not liable for any loss or damage that could not have been reasonably foreseen. Admission may be refused if deemed necessary for safety, enjoyment, or operational reasons. Searches may be carried out, and illegal drugs or “legal highs” are strictly prohibited.
- No replacements will be provided for lost or damaged tickets—please treat them like cash. Weekend ticket holders must exchange their tickets for wristbands upon arrival, which must be worn at all times during the event. Glass, fireworks, private sound systems, and other prohibited items are not allowed on site. Please respect the festival grounds and use the bins provided to keep the site clean.
- If you require accessibility support, you must contact the organisers in advance, as access is limited and not guaranteed without prior arrangement. Only assistance dogs are allowed within the event grounds. The festival line-up is subject to change and tickets are for the event overall, not for individual acts.
- By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. Tickets must be kept in good condition, as damaged or wet tickets may be refused. Ticket resale is prohibited without written permission and may not be conducted for business purposes.
- Re-entry to the festival is not allowed, except for parents or guardians accompanying children under 16 (with a child ticket) and for disabled guests issued a re-entry wristband.
