Kayak adventure
Available seven days a week from the start of May, the offer is for one person to enjoy an hour long speedboating and kayaking experience around Inchmurrin island on Loch Lomond.
Guests will be picked up by speedboat from Arden on the loch shores and transported to the island.
Once on the island, your guide will show you to your kayak and demonstrate all the equipment you might need to make the most of your experience.
After a safety briefing, your group will set off on a guided paddle around this fascinating island.
Colourful history
Inchmurrin island in Loch Lomond is the largest freshwater island in the British Isles.
It has a colourful history. In the 7th century, it was the site of a 7th-century monastery. Over the years, it has been a deer park for the Scottish aristocracy and a mental asylum.
At the southern tip of the island, there are the ruins of a 14th century castle. Nobles have been murdered on the island and exiled to it. Others have taken refuge on Inchmurrin.
This hour long kayak experience is a great way to see both the island and Loch Lomond from a whole new perspective.
Family day out
It would be great for an adventurous day out and would be perfect for a stag or hen do.
Kayaking is open to anyone over the age of sixteen. All of which means, it would also be ideal for a family day out with older kids.

Bookings must be made by 31.08.18 at latest or risk forfeit of purchase.

Important Information
The Big Deal is for 1 person to have a 1 hour speedboating + kayaking experience at Inchmurrin island on Loch Lomond with speed boat transfer to and from island. Pick-up from Arden. Max 6 people in speed boat.
All equipment + wet suit/dry suit and personal flotation device are provided as part of offer.
Pick-up point is located in Arden, a short distance from Cameron House, and will be signposted clearly.
Advance booking required.
48 hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in purchase being invalidated.
The operator retains the right to cancel a trip at any time if the weather is deemed to be unsafe. In the case of cancellation, purchase would be valid for an alternative date.
Minimum age is 8 – under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Max height 6’6″. Max weight 160kg.
Printed email must be presented on arrival.
Subject to availability and allocation. The beginning and end of validity period is often busiest. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
