- Choose from the cosy Stable Cottage, the charming Rose Cottage with private hot tub, the flagship Auchendennan Farm Cottage with private hot tub and sauna, and the sleek retreat, Burnbeag cottage, which has a private garden with its own stream, party decking area, conservatory, large hot tub and open log fire.

Valid from 17.04.23 until 28.06.23.
Bookings must be made by 15.06.23 at latest or risk forfeit of purchase.
Important Information
The Big Deal is for a 2 or 3 night self catering stay in a choice of cottage:
Open plan studio Stable Cottage for 2 people.
2 bedroom Rose Cottage with use of hot tub for up to 4 people.
3 bedroom Auchendennan Farm Cottage with use of private hot tub & sauna for up to 6 people.
3 bedroom Burnbeag Cottage with use of hot tub for up to 7 people.
2 night stays are for Mon-Wed arrivals; 3 night stays are for Mon-Tue arrivals.
Burnbeag Cottage is strictly over 25s only. Same sex parties (such as hen & stag parties) are not permitted.
Check-in from 5pm; check-out by 10am.
Multiple purchases permitted but may not be used consecutively.
Stay may be extended for a supplement, payable directly to Auchendennan Farm. Please discuss when booking.
Children permitted – ages 2 and over included in head count. Travel cots and highchairs available upon request.
Dogs permitted. £30 supplement per dog applies, payable directly to Auchendennan Farm. Max 3 dogs per lodge – please discuss when booking.
Free on-site parking.
Disabled-friendly rooms are available certain cottages only, please arrange directly. Rose Cottage is a single-storey property. The third bedroom in Burnbeag Cottage is accessed by a spiral staircase. One x 1 bedroom cottage (Willow Garden Cottage) is disabled-friendly.
Printed or electronic copy of order email must be presented on arrival.
Advance booking of at least 48 hours required.
7 day cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide sufficient notice may invalidate purchase.
Subject to allocation and availability. The beginning and end of validity period is often busiest. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
