The deal is available seven days a week until the end of April (Friday and Saturday nights in December excluded).

Beautiful university grounds

Stirling Court Hotel is located on the beautiful 330 acre grounds of Stirling University, surrounded by rolling hills, lakes and lochs. There’s even a castle on the grounds!

The restaurant serves seasonal dishes, with all ingredients locally sourced wherever possible. Starters may include the Scottish cured salmon with baby capers and lemon herb dressing and the Stornoway black pudding with crisp pancetta and poached egg, on a bed of sunblush tomato and dressed leaves.

Mains like the slow-cooked lamb rump served with creamy mashed potato, roasted neeps and carrots and a rosemary jus often feature, and desserts could include the chefs own sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and Ayrshire salted caramel ice cream.

Vegetarian dishes are always included on the menu and vegan, gluten-free, sodium-free and other special dietary requirements are easily catered to with advance notice.

Those who would like a drink after their meal can relax in the hotel’s cosy lounge bar.
