Culcreuch Castle Hotel is one of Scotland’s oldest hotels with the main hotel building dating from the 14th century.

Located near Stirling in Central Scotland, it overlooks its own private loch and is set in the beautiful, 1600 acre Culcreuch Estate.

Locally sourced ingredients take pride of place on the menu in the Dungeon restaurant. The menu changes regularly but typical starters might be the chicken liver parfait; the haggis spring rolls; and the salt-baked heritage beets.

Popular main courses include the Culcreuch cheese and bacon burger; the veggie haggis, butternut & sage Wellington; and the rump of Scotch lamb.
