Loch Katrine cruise
This scenic Big Deal offers one or two people the chance to cruise across Loch Katrine. You will have a choice of either the legendary 119-year-old Sir Walter Scott steamship or the more modern Lady of the Lake cruiser.
Leaving from Trossachs Pier, you can enjoy a tasty afternoon tea in a lochside cafe either before or after your adventure. This will include a selection of sandwiches, scones and sweet treats.
This offer is available seven days until the end of November, which a choice of various times. Cruises take one or two hours.
Gorgeous Trossachs scenery
On this awe-inspiring sailing, you will glide past stunning Trossachs landmarks such as Ben A’an, Ben Venue and Brenachoile.
Both ships have heated saloon bars, where you can enjoy a drink and hear about the legends of the loch from the knowledgeable crew.

‘Smooth sailing. A lovely way to tour the loch. The steamer is historic, but also remarkably quiet. The old steam engine still provides efficient power to the single propellor, with fast acceleration and near silent running. You’d think it was an electric boat. The views from the boat are lovely; actually better than I expected. There are a few seats at the bow. We sat in these and it was very pleasant on a warm day. All outdoor seating could get chilly on a cool day, so dress in layers.’

Bookings must be made by 15.11.19 at latest or risk forfeit of purchase.
From 8th September until 3rd November, cruise departs 1.30pm, 2.30pm or 4pm. Afternoon tea served 2.15pm – 5pm.
From 4th November until 30th November, cruise departs 11.30am or 1pm. Afternoon tea served 12.30pm – 4pm.
Unavailable on the following dates:
5th-6th, 14th October;
2nd November.
Important Information
The Big Deal is for 1 person to have a 1 or 2 hour cruise on Loch Katrine. Includes afternoon tea taken before or after sailing, in the Katrine Gift shop cafe or the Steamship cafe.
Option 1 is for 1 person.
Option 2 is for 2 people.
Advance booking required.
48 hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide sufficient notice may invalidate purchase.
Multiple purchases permitted.
Tables required back by 1 hour 30 minutes.
Suitable for all ages. Under 5s ticket is £5 and can be purchased directly from Loch Katrine. Under 16s afternoon tea package available for a supplementary charge of £11 per child for children’s menu plus 1 hr sailing or £12.50 per child for a 2 hr sailing. Please discuss and book directly with Loch Katrine.
Departures 07.09.19-03.11.19:
1.30pm Lady of the Lake (2hrs);
2.30pm Steamship (1 hr);
4pm Steamship (1hr).
Departures 04.11.19-30.11.19:
11.30am Lady of the Lake (1hr),
1pm Lady of the Lake (1hr).
Please note, Lady of the Lake may replace the Steamship Sir Walter Scott on quieter sailings.
Wheelchair access available on the Steamship only. Cruises depart until 3rd November at 2.30pm and 4pm, 1hr sailings.
4 hours paid on-site parking included.
