The Kailyard by Nick Nairn is well known for its sophisticated gourmet cuisine.
The well known chef is famous for his championing of Scottish ingredients and the menus at The Kailyard show Scotland’s larder at its best.
Exact dishes will change depending on what is in season but typical choices might include starters such as the smoked Loch Duart Scottish salmon ‘Nick Nairn’ which is served with an apple and watercress salad plus brown bread.
Popular main courses include the slow braised shoulder of lamb with olive crushed potatoes, minted peas, tomato and basil gravy or the pan-fried fillet of Peterhead coley with pancetta, sauté potatoes, creamed leeks and sauce vierge.
There will be a supplement for some dishes.
