It’s a versatile sport that offers thrills and challenges and a chance to enjoy the great outdoors. Stand up paddlers wear a variety of wet suits and other clothing, depending on water and air temperature since most of their time is spent standing on the board.

The Big Deal option one offers one person an introduction to paddle boarding, lasting one to two hours.

Option two is for two people.

Option three is for a family of one or two adults and two to three children.

There is a minimum age of ten for participants, and a maximum weight of eighteen stone.

You will be shown the basics of the sport, with guidance from an expert instructor. Sessions last between one and two hours, depending on the size of your group.

All the instructors are trained to relevant National Governing Body standards and all the necessary safety equipment, including wet suits (you can bring your own if preferred), helmets and buoyancy aids will be issued and demonstrated prior to starting your activity.
