Kailyard by Nick Nairn
Today’s offer comes in two formats.
Option one is available Sunday to Thursday, and is for two people to enjoy an overnight stay in a double or twin room on a dinner and breakfast basis. Dinner is a three course table d’hote menu in The Kailyard by Nick Nairn.
The offer includes afternoon tea, served with a glass of Prosecco, full use of the leisure facilities and a 20% discount on any beauty treatments taken during your stay.
The rooms are lovely. Each one features a luxurious Sweet Dreams bed, LCD television with on-demand movies, wireless internet access, complimentary Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries and a fully stocked mini-bar.
Option two, also available Sunday to Thursday, is for a two night stay with a full Scottish breakfast each morning and three course table d’hote dinner in The Kailyard on your first evening.
As with option one, afternoon tea with a glass of Prosecco; use of the leisure facilities and beauty discounts are also included.
Both options include a 1pm late check-out so there is no need to rush in the morning.
Depending on availability, there may be the option to upgrade from £20 per room per night.
A full Scottish breakfast each morning is included in both offers but the culinary highlight of your stay will be a three course dinner from the table d’hote menu in The Kailyard by Nick Nairn.
The well known chef is famous for his championing of Scottish ingredients and the menus at The Kailyard show Scotland’s larder at its best.
Exact dishes will change depending on what is in season. Typical choices might include starters such as the smoked Loch Duart Scottish salmon ‘Nick Nairn’, which is served with an apple and watercress salad, along with main courses like the slow braised shoulder of lamb with olive crushed potatoes, minted peas, tomato and basil gravy.
The offer is for a three course dinner up to the value of £29.95 per person. Some dishes will incur a supplement, payable directly to the hotel.
Discount on beauty treatments
All guests at Dunblane Hydro are welcome to use the 17-metre swimming pool, the gym, steam room, sauna and bubble pool.
As part of the offer, guests can also enjoy a 20% discount on any beauty treatments taken in the spa during your stay.

The Doubletree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro has been welcoming guests since Victorian times. This is what a more recent visitor had to say:
‘Excellent. The whole stay was perfect from start to finish. This was a special trip for my birthday. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was superb. We got a free bottle of wine, chocolates and bottles of water. I had pre-booked our meal and the staff were very attentive & a special thanks to our server Amy who made the evening most enjoyable. Breakfast the next morning was again a delight with very attentive staff and a great choice. We will certainly be going back. My husband was very impressed with the views and the whole ambience of the hotel.’
