On stays Monday to Thursday, dinner is a three course meal for two from a set menu.

The menu may change, but typical starters include selected soups of the day; chicken liver & port pate served with toasted French brioche, red onion marmalade & condiment; and smoked salmon served with toasted brioche & horseradish sauce.

Mains on offer may be the breaded scampi or haddock served with hand cut fries & tartar sauce; steak pie served with roast potatoes and vegetables; and the 8oz rib eye steak served with hand cut chips, mixed salad, onion rings & Béarnaise sauce.

The desserts often include fresh fruit salad served with raspberry coulis and Glynhill vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate fondant, Chantilly cream and chocolate sauce, banana ice cream.

Supplements may apply to some dishes.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday stays, guests will enjoy a three course carvery dinner.

The Carvery is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a roast dinner, with a choice of plated starters, carved meats for main course alongside an eclectic mix of accompaniments and buffet desserts.
