Luxury lodge stay

Kenmore Luxury Lodges are a collection of five-star self-catering cottages overlooking Loch Tay and surrounded by the mountains of Highland Perthshire. The Kenmore Hotel is also on site and offers extra comforts for visitors.

Stunning Loch Tay location

Kenmore is a beautiful village at the east of Loch Tay, so you can relax amidst the scenery or, if you’re an active type, head out on a bracing hike.

Two bedroom lodges available are Ben Hope, Ben More, Ben Lomond and Molly’s Cottage, and three bedroom lodges available will be Brae Cottage or Cairn Toul. Your accommodation will be allocated at the time of booking.

All of the luxury lodges are unique, so amenities can vary. Expect features such as fireplaces with wood burning stoves; flat screen TVs; fully equipped kitchens with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; roll top baths, fresh linens and luxury toiletries.

Each lodge also has its own private garden area and some have hot tubs, available for a supplement of £25.

Dining options and historic bar

Although the residences are all self-catering, if you don’t fancy cooking then you can head to the Kenmore Hotel and enjoy a meal in either the elegant Grill Room restaurant or the more casual Boar’s Head bar.

Afterwards, why not warm yourself in front of the open fire in the traditional Highland Poet’s Bar and enjoy one of the many fine Scottish malt whiskies? Robert Burns even wrote a poem on the chimney here – and you can still see it to this day.

Explore Perthshire

While both Kenmore village and Loch Tay have plenty of charms, if you’d like to head further afield then there is plenty of choice in rural Perthshire.

Highlights include Blair Castle, Scone Palace and the Scottish Crannog Centre, a restored Iron Age dwelling with exhibits. Or if you fancy sampling the local tipple then you could take a tour of Blair Atholl Distillery near Pitlochry.

Local activities include white water rafting, boating and pony trekking. Aberfeldy Golf Club is around a 10-minute drive away.
