Scottish restaurant in Perthshire
A popular feature of the resort, the Flemmyng Restaurant offers an excellent choice of fresh meat, fish and game sourced in Perthshire.
The menu changes daily but typical dishes might be the smoked salmon and prawn platter; the char grilled rib-eye of Scotch beef or the seared salmon fillet served on creamy mash with a spinach and Hollandaise sauce.
The Terrace Bar offers a less formal setting with bistro style furniture and is an ideal choice for a lighter or more informal meal.
It’s very family-friendly and has the additional bonus of an outdoor terrace.
When the sun is shining, it is ideal for enjoying a drink or al fresco meal.

Moness Hotel and Resort have inspired plenty of happy visitors to share their experiences on TripAdvisor. The following is from a recent guest:
‘Super break – left relaxed and refreshed. My daughter and I stayed one night and had spa treatments. Every thing was great. We stayed in the old part of the hotel. Room was very large and airy and had been fitted out to a very high standard. Restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast with a varied menu and the staff were helpful and attentive even though the restaurant was very busy.
‘The spa treatments were super with the girls being very polite, chatty and discussed the treatments and products used. Not a sales pitch for the products, just confirming suitability for skin type etc. We left feeling relaxed and pampered… A beautiful location with well tended grounds and great facilities Each and every member of staff was pleasant and polite. Would thoroughly recommend.’
Autumn is around the corner. Enjoy a short break at the Moness House Hotel and enjoy the season in one of Scotland’s most picturesque regions.
