‘Could not be more pleased with the hotel and the service experience we had. A traditional Scottish warm welcome and beautiful estate home awaits. Very friendly staff who were courteous and accommodating… dinner… was incredibly well priced and delicious. Breakfast was also well catered for with a wide variety of food to choose from. Room facilities were great, even if a little tired. It might not appeal to those who expect ultra modern or faceless chain hotels but the beds were comfy and we felt at home in the room. The food, selection of whiskeys and drinks at the bar, welcoming staff and location are fantastic. I would highly recommend for a quiet weekend away for friends or couples who want to escape for a few days. Would go back and stay at the next opportunity.’
