Spectacular show
Shining Lives, an innovative light and sound experience at New Lanark World Heritage Site, is back by popular demand – this time with a brand new story, ‘Fortunes of Fate’.
Brought to you by Double Take Projections, you will have the chance to watch 230-year-old buildings being turned into screens for lights, colours, historic images and videos.
History brought to life
Accompanied by live actors and an atmospheric soundtrack, you will watch the amazing tale of The Fortune Ship Highlanders unfold via larger than life images.
Beginning with their ill-fated voyage from Skye to North Carolina, you will follow the crew all the way to their new life in the famous mill village.
With new films, archive imagery and colourful lights projected onto towering buildings, this family-friendly show is New Lanark as you have never seen it before.
Choice of dates
This Handpicked Deal gives you a choice of fourteen options.
Child and adult tickets are available for 11th to 13th October, and again for 17th to 19th October.
When booking, you can also choose a time slot between 6.30pm and 9.15pm – slots are available every fifteen minutes, subject to availability.

Option 4 is for 1 adult ticket for Saturday 12th October 2019.
Option 5 is for 1 child ticket for Sunday 13th October 2019.
Option 6 is for 1 adult ticket for Sunday 13th October 2019.
Option 7 is for 1 child ticket for Thursday 17th October 2019.
Option 8 is for 1 adult ticket for Thursday 17th October 2019.
Option 9 is for 1 child ticket for Friday 18th October 2019.
Option 10 is for 1 adult ticket for Friday 18th October 2019.
Option 11 is for 1 child ticket for Saturday 19th October 2019.

Available every 15 minutes between 6.30pm and 9.15pm.
Important Information
Child ticket applies to under 12s. Ages 2 and under go free. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Advance booking required via 5pm.
Purchase is valid for selected date only and is not interchangeable between dates. Times are subject to availability and it is advised you book in as soon as possible to secure a preferred time.
