Dinner allowance

Available seven days a week, this Big Deal is for a one night stay for two in a double or twin room with a full Scottish breakfast and two course dinner.

Guests will also receive a box of chocolates in the room on arrival, entry to the hotel’s leisure club and a late check-out of noon.

There is free WiFi throughout the hotel and free guest car parking.

Two course meal

The Dalserf Restaurant now offers all day dining from a new seasonal menu. Look forward to honest, wholesome and comforting food, prepared with care.

Expect starters such as soup of the day, classic prawn cocktail, breaded brie wedges, and tomato & red onion bruschetta.

Mains may include the slow braised shoulder of beef, chicken stroganoff and steak & red onion ciabatta, as well as classics like the macaroni cheese, beer battered haddock and hunters chicken.

See and do

Lanarkshire is home to two world heritage sites, New Lanark and the Antonine Wall, plus many visitor attractions such as Chatelherault Country Park, Summerlee Museum of Scottish Industrial Life and the National Museum of Rural Life.

Another option would be to explore the Clyde Valley Tourist Route.

This 42 mile route makes its picturesque way to the upper reaches of the River Clyde and the World Heritage Site of New Lanark, a beautifully restored 18th century cotton mill village first built by the famous social reformer Robert Owen.
