The Opal Bar and Restaurant is a spacious venue with glass panels framing fantastic views of the Clyde Valley and surrounding countryside.

As part of the offer, guests will enjoy a two course meal in the restaurant. Typical starters include chilli-glazed sticky ribs with apple slaw; the chicken tempura and the spectacular tiger prawn martini – the hotel’s stylish take on the classic prawn cocktail.

Popular main courses include Thai-style chicken in a coconut, lime and chilli sauce; the popular prime steak burger topped with smoked cheddar, bacon and onion plus, of course, classic fish and chips – battered haddock, hand cut chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce.
