Enough of the stick, here’s the carrot. Today’s Big Deal offers four weeks of intense, effective and exhilarating bootcamp and HIIT sessions with Coatbridge-based Fitness Ethos, providing expert instruction and some challenging but rewarding programmes to get you feeling healthy and vibrant.

Fitter, stronger

The Big Deal offers four weeks’ unlimited access to the bootcamp and HIIT sessions organised by Fitness Ethos, with support and guidance from expert instructors.

Bootcamp sessions use a mixture of strength training, aerobic elements and callisthenics exercises like crunches or push-ups to provide a full-body workout. The aim is to develop strength, fitness and endurance.

HIIT, or high intensity interval training, alternates short periods of challenging anaerobic exercise with recovery periods. It is an effective cardiovascular exercise programme that develops strength, stamina and athletic capacity.

Bootcamp sessions take place on Wednesday and Friday nights at 6.45pm until 7.45pm in Dunbeth Park in Coatbridge.

HIIT classes are on Monday nights from 8.15pm until 9pm in Kings Church, Coatbridge.

Your offer begins with your first class and you select the sessions you want to attend within that four week framework.
