Central accommodation
The 3 star family-friendly Halepa Hotel is located close to the central market in the heart of Chania. The Municipal Garden and Venetian Great Arsenal are a short stroll away.
It’s an elegant hotel that, back in the 19th century, used to house the British embassy on Crete, when Chania was the island capital.

Beach life offers a choice of scenic spots, with crystal clear waters and golden sands. Favourites include the family-friendly Loutraki beach, with shallow waters, Agia Marina, with water sports facilities, and the closest option, Agioi Apostoloi.
The nearby Akrotiri peninsula has some excellent beaches and villages off the normal tourist trail, well worth exploring.
