Guests staying over the summer months will be able to book into the new Table Manors restaurant (opening late June) on the grounds of the estate on those nights when rattling the pans holds little appeal.

The bedrooms of these luxury lodges are sublime. Each one is individually designed to create the boutique feel of Achnagairn Estate.

The living rooms are also spacious and light, making them the ideal place to relax after your day out in the Highlands. Each lodge has WiFi and a TV in the living room.

From a tour of Tomatin distillery to a boat trip on Loch Ness, there is lots to do in the surrounding area.

History buffs can explore Urquhart Castle or Culloden Battlefield and, of course, there are numerous opportunities for golf, gentle rambles or serious mountaineering.
