Yes, it was an old character style hotel but underneath it’s still got all the grandeur of a huge hotel. Beautiful staircase all the way up. There is a lift so no need to carry luggage all the way up. The staff are lovely and helpful… cooked breakfast was lovely and hot. We had a bar meal and it was 10 out of 10. Highly recommended… Overall – would we go back? Yes definitely….’

The cleanliness is evident, the breakfast was plentiful and very well organised!
