Decadent room

Available seven days week, option one is for two people to enjoy an indulgent stay in a Decadent room with a full Scottish breakfast in the morning.

Option two, also available seven nights a week, is for a two night mini-break in a Decadent room with a full Scottish breakfast each morning.

Chez Roux

Chez Roux is the hotel’s restaurant from the legendary French chef Albert Roux. The chef describes it as offering ‘good and honest country cooking… Scottish ingredients with a French twist’.

The menus change regularly. This might mean starters such as the treacle-cured organic salmon with a horseradish cream, red onion and caper dressing and main courses like the rare breed pork loin served with creamed leeks, pancetta and a red wine jus

There is also the option to dine in the sophisticated r Bar at the hotel. A cosmopolitan cocktail bar, the r Bar offers a RouXpress menu as well as a selection of more traditional bar classics.

Rocpool Reserve is situated in the heart of Inverness just a few minutes walk from the High Street and Inverness Castle.

Naturally, there are plenty of nearby opportunities for golfers to follow their calling. The surrounding countryside also offers dolphin-spotting, distillery visits, walks in the Cairngorms National Park and, of course, sightseeing around Loch Ness.

‘A dream of a hotel… The room was gorgeous and very spacious. When we first entered our room, the bathroom (which was spa-like with a separate bath and shower) and wardrobe were on that level. When we walked up a few steps, we had a beautiful and spacious room with a king-size bed, couch and fireplace. Even though there are only about eleven rooms in the hotel, it is run as any large five star hotel would be run. We had dinner and breakfast at the Rocpool. Service is extraordinary as is the food. My only regret is that we only stayed there one night. It spoiled me for all of the B&Bs that came afterward!’
