Seven days a week

This is where guests can enjoy a two course dinner – starter and main course – from the evening menu.

The menus change regularly but the following sample dishes will give you a flavour of what is on offer.

Popular starters include the chicken liver and gin pâté; the smoked salmon and crayfish cocktail plus the haggis and black pudding tower with a whisky cream sauce.

Main courses might be the seared medallions of pork served with apple fritters, spring onion mash cakes and creamy cider jus or the salmon and crayfish ravioli.
