Decorated in rich reds and browns, the Grill Room restaurant serves modern Scottish cuisine using the freshest quality produce. So expect a new take on classics such as Arbroath Smokie and scallops.

Menus shift with the seasons, but main courses might feature the loin of Scottish lamb, the pan-seared fillet of Shetland Turbot and the spelt risotto with wild mushroom.

The renowned breakfast selection includes freshly baked bread, comb honey and organic sausages.
