As well as beautifully dressed tables, the offer includes chair covers and personalised menus.

Each guest will be served a three course dinner from the Celebration menu, freshly prepared by the award-winning Tempus chefs.

The offer includes a half bottle of wine per person with tea, coffee and tablet to finish.

Option one is available 5pm to 8.30pm, Sunday to Thursday. Option two is available 4pm to 8.30pm, Friday or Saturday.

Seasonal ingredients

The menus at Tempus always feature locally sourced seasonal ingredients so the exact dishes available may change due to seasonal availability.

Typical starters might be the whipped Cairnsmore goats’ cheese with fresh figs and gingerbread granola or the ham hock and pea terrine with apple gel and tomato wafers.

To follow, typical main course choices might be the slow-cooked beef and haggis Wellington; the roast supreme of chicken with smoked bacon, pearl onions and fondant potato or the beetroot and red onion tart Tatin.
