Available Sunday to Friday, from noon til 3.30pm, option one of the Big Deal is for two people to each enjoy a main course from the Big Deal lunch menu at Café India on Albion Street in the Merchant City.

Option two is for two people to each have a main course from the full traditional curries section on the a la carte menu plus poppadoms and spiced onions to share, this is available Sunday to Thursday, from 4pm til 6.30pm.

Both options include a side each, choose from steamed rice, pilau rice, french fries, plain naan or tandoori roti.

Previously a shortlisted finalist at the Scottish Curry Awards and The British Curry Awards, Cafe India is one of Glasgow’s oldest Indian restaurants with almost 30 years in business.

The choice of main courses includes mouth-watering curries like the South Indian garlic chilli or chicken lazeez – flavoured with ginger, garlic, cream, tomato and spices.
