Part of Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor, beGin is a fashionable bar & restaurant on Byres Road. Staffed by a team of savvy mixologists, the bar stocks some 68 varieties of gin from all over the world.

If you fancy staying on for some eats you can sample the menu of contemporary global food, which includes everything from small bites to sharing boards to gin-soaked ice cream sundaes. Sample dishes include BBQ chicken, cheesy haggis nachos and pulled Ayrshire pork burgers, as well as spinach falafels for the veggies.
