Your afternoon tea will be served on a classic three-tier stand. The menu is changed regularly, but is likely to include the following:

Bottom plate
Turkey & cranberry, roast beef, English mustard & rocket, and brie & pear chutney sandwiches
Mini rolls

Middle plate
Scones with cream & jam

Top plate
Chocolate cheesecake
Fruit cake
Carrot cake

Alongside your mulled wine (which can be swapped for a soft drink) a choice of fine tea or freshly brewed coffee is included.
