After the masterclass, you will enjoy a buffet meal accompanied by a third cocktail (wahey!). This means you can unwind in tipsy bliss and nibble on chipolatas while contemplating your future as a global mixologist superstar.

When it comes to dining, October takes its inspiration from dishes around the world. For your buffet selection, you can select 4 items from a variety of filled wraps, mini bruschettas, sweet chilli chicken skewers, warm mini vegetable quiches, mini pork pies, mini sausage rolls, tamarind spiced chicken wings, patatas bravas and (as mentioned) chipolatas.

What about dessert, we hear you ask? Well, you will have the choice of chocolate brownies with vanilla mascarpone or a classic deep-filled Victoria sponge. How to choose?!

October is a chic penthouse bar and dining venue in Glasgow’s elegant Princes Square.
