Option two is for a vegan masterclass for one person. You will make vegan curry, rice, vegetable pakora, chapati, lentils, pakora sauce, spiced onions and poppadoms.

Option three is for a chicken tikka masala masterclass for one person. You will make chicken tikka masala, poppadoms, pakora, veg/lentil curry and accompaniments.

Learn from a Masterchef

Based on Crow Road, Ashoka Cook School aims to kit you out with the skills needed to cook up your own delicious Indian banquet at home.

Led by an Ashoka Masterchef and an assistant, each Masterclass will show you how to prepare delicious Ashoka recipes at home.

Step by step, you will be talked through how to prepare and cook your meal, followed by a chance to sit down and enjoy it with your classmates.

You will also be given recipes to take home, meaning that you can recreate the magic back in your own kitchen.
