The Big Deal option 1 is for 1 person to have a wash and blow-dry with optional pin-curls. Choose from big & bouncy or straight & sleek. Hair extensions incur a £5 supplement.

Option 2 is for 1 person to have a head massage, cut & blow-dry. Cannot be used for creative cuts or full restyles.

Option 3 is for 1 person to have a full head tint, cut & blow-dry. Hair extensions or very long/thick hair incurs a £5 supplement.

Option 4 is for 1 person to have half head foils, cut & blow dry. Cannot be used for colour correction or where hair requires a full head application.

For clients on option 1, choice of blow-dry. Your choice must be confirmed at time of booking and you must advise in advance if you have hair extensions.

Advance telephone booking required.

48 hour notice period required for all cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may forfeit purchase.

Colour services cannot be provided to anyone under 16 years of age.

A patch test will be required no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, please arrange directly.

Clients cannot request a particular stylist.

Wheelchair access not available.

Multiple purchases permitted. Max 2 purchases may be redeemed per customer.

Group bookings cannot be accommodated.

The salon may restrict the number of 5pm purchases redeemable per day.

Not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers or promotions.

Printed or electronic copy of order email must be surrendered for redemption.
