Available in the afternoon, Sunday to Friday, the offer is for two people to enjoy afternoon tea at Cranachan, with choice of various loose leaf Suki teas and Miko coffee.

Your sandwich selection includes Mull of Kintyre cheddar and seasonal chutney (v); egg mayonnaise and mustard cress (v) and roast breast of chicken roasted peppers, rocket and tarragon mayonnaise.

After that, it’s onwards and upwards to the cream scones, miniature cakes and, finally, the individual desserts.

There’s a second option to include a glass of pink Prosecco each, making the afternoon a wee bit fancier.
