Today’s Big Deal is a two person offer for burgers or steaks at the new Drunken Cow Bar and Kitchen on Hope Street.
They take their beef very seriously around these parts. Their beef is sourced from Cairnhill Farm in Girvan.
A fourth generation, family-owned farm, Cairnhill benefits from lush Ayrshire pastures which produce high quality beef with fine grained marbling.
Put more simply, it’s delicious.

Sirloin steak
Available seven days, this Big Deal has two options.
Option one is for two people to have any burger from The Drunken Cow range. All the burgers are served on a soft roll with salad leaves, beef tomato, sliced red onions and skin-on fries.
Option two is for two people to have sirloin steak with a choice of fries or mash plus a 125ml glass of house wine or a pint of Tennent’s. The Drunken Cow’s steaks are dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days for flavour and tenderness.
Wide choice of burgers
There are lots of great burgers to choose from. We like the Scottish burger which is topped with haggis and whisky sauce but could see why you might opt for the American with its topping of dry cured bacon, mature Cheddar and avocado.
Other prefer the Italian with melted mozzarella and Parma ham or the Jamaican which is topped with a jerk sauce, rosti and mango chutney.
Of course, there are veggie options.
Night out with friends
Located on Hope Street, between West Regent and West George Streets, The Drunken Cow Bar and Kitchen is right in the heart of Glasgow.
The Pavilion Theatre, Theatre Royal and Cine World are all a short walk away should you fancy a bite before a show.
